To anticipate on the increasing demand, Art Of Automation expanded the fiber ring and the Infrastructure as a Service platform. Because of the good relationship and proven quality, the expansion was realized with Relined Fiber Network and Equinix.
Relined delivered a redundant dark fiber network to the, recently opened, carrier neutral data center AM6 in Amsterdam. Art Of Automation had the honor to be connected as the launching customer. By connecting Equinix AM6, the national dark fiber supplier has more than 25 carrier neutral data centers in its network of the Amsterdam region.
The ISO27001/ISO9001 certified data center AM6 covers a data floor of 6.000 square meters and offers a capacity of 9.6 megawatt. By entering AM6, Art Of Automation added a new Point of Presence (PoP) and expanded its fiber ring.
